no, but i know this...the leg bone connected to the knee bone,
and the knee bone connected to the thigh bone, and the thigh bone connected
to the hip bone....
Epiphysis is the rounded end of the long bone, diaphysis is the middle and longer part. The first has red blood cells, the latter has bone marrow and fat.
Metaphysis?
The dense connective tissue is in the perichondrium
Periosteum lines the outer surface of bone except at the joint of the long bone. Endosteum lines the inner surface of bones.
