as i said yesterday, the ladies in my mom's office have challenged each other to a month of sit-ups. sit-ups, crunches, whatever you want to call them and however you want to do them...as long as there's an up and a down. anyways, my stomach...well, let's face it...my whole body...is flabulous...and accountability is super awesome for me because i never finish what i start in a workout and i hate to work out alone. i also think this could be a great jumping off point for a more intense workout routine in the future. i'll start a habit and then maybe...cross your fingers because i want to love to run, but i hate it...work up to a 5k. or that's what is in my head anyway.
so, here's how it works:
week 1: 25 for 5 days, 2 days off
week 2: 50 for 5 days, 2 days off
week 3: 75 for 5 days, 2 days off
week 4: 100 for 5 days, 2 days off
so it's baby steps, but i'm totally ok with that. and you can start wherever you want. i started last night with 50. let me know if you want to join the challenge and we can all check up on each other!
