it was one thing to be awake yesterday at 5...it was another to be up at the same time the day before...it's a totally different thing for it to be the THIRD DAY IN A ROW AND I WAKE UP AT 4:55. especially since i didn't fall asleep until probably after midnight. this needs to stop.
you need sleep. it's important...both for your health and the health of everyone around you...please understand this and try harder tomorrow. give me at least until 6:15.
