and then she REALLY said...ARE YOU KIDDING ME????

it was one thing to be awake yesterday at was another to be up at the same time the day's a totally different thing for it to be the THIRD DAY IN A ROW AND I WAKE UP AT 4:55.  especially since i didn't fall asleep until probably after midnight.  this needs to stop.

dear body,

you need sleep.  it's important...both for your health and the health of everyone around you...please understand this and try harder tomorrow.  give me at least until 6:15.

least it is your own body waking you up and not a small being that thinks 5 am is a good time to wake up mommy! I hope you get some more sleep. Try going to bed earlier, maybe that will help. said...
