it's my last day (hour) of work before i leave for an amazing week in dauphin island, alabama for spring break. and as if this day couldn't get any better...i have some news...

i am officially a nursing student in the jefferson college evening and weekend nursing program!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i found out today! and i'm so excited!
it's also pretty surreal. i just can't wrap my head around it. i got in! i really did! and i start in august!!! in 5 semesters i will be an rn. so crazy. i keep thinking about how hard i've worked at this the last year...and then i realize the hard work hasn't even begun!!! oh, sweet jesus, what have i done??? :)
i'm kidding...sort of. :)
no, i'm really excited.
you can tell i really don't know what i am. i haven't been able to sit still since 11am. hehe. good thing it's friday and spring break is next week.
so, if you haven't done so yet today, get outside!!! it's beautiful out there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! what a great day!!!!!!!!!!

Lately I've been thinking about going to school to be a nurse. Anyway maybe when Casey is done going to school. One person in school at a time.
