i think i've cracked...

i joined the mbu way of life team challenge at work today. i think it has something to do with my lack of sleep and extremely high stress judgement has to be impaired!

here are the guidelines:

  •  Exercise (any type)= 1 point for every 15 minutes of exercise up to a maximum of 15 points per week
  • Attending monthly “Healthy Hour” presentations= 30 pts each meeting
  • Every 1% of personal weight loss= 100 points
  • Every 1% of personal weight gain= 100 points
  • To maintain/ must be in healthy BMI range/ must maintain within 2 lbs. of beginning weight= 200 pts
  • Returning on Feb. 1st with no weight gain since last session= 50 points
  • New member that has not participated with the last year= 50 pts
  • New recruit on team that has never participated= 100 pts (limit 200 pts)
  • CPR/AED current certification= 50 points
  • First Aid current certification= 25 points
  • Keeping daily food journal (must include a unit of measure such as, calorie, WW points, portion sizes) = 50 points per month
  • Reach my goal points= 25 pts each or 100 if you reach all three
  • Weigh-in, May 2nd at 10:00 a.m.- 250 point deduction for not weighing in

i guess this means i need to put away the bag of gummy worms on my desk...or maybe i should just finish the bag and make a clean start...what do you think??  haha!  :)
