wordless wednesday...

yes, i know wednesday is apparently supposed to be wordless...or so i've read on random blogs.  i think it's kinda fun, and so i thought i'd join in...problem...why do we do this?  who started it?  what are the parameters?  i want to be included!!!!!  :)  if you know...please fill me in.  until then, here's my wordless wednesday...
